1. How much does The LTMIncome Program cost?
$11 US per position, per month. It is a monthly subscription program designed to create monthly residual income for members.

An active member or subscriber in The LTMIncome Program is a member in good standing who has paid their monthly subscription fee of $11.

NO. There are no free entries in The LTMIncome Program.

6. Is there a continuous or monthly subscription required to remain active in The LTMIncome Program?
Yes, $11 per month. You cannot roll commissions from your back office to pay for your next month's subscription. Your subscription will come out of the account you enrolled with on or about the same day you enrolled unless you change it. That is called your monthly anniversary or subscription date.
If there are not enough funds in your account we will receive a notice and you will too, indicating such and if your intention is to keep your subscription active; payment arrangements must be made and re-established by the last day of the month.

7. What is the minimum commission a subscriber can request?
The minimum commission payout is $12 US and the member's 1st and 2nd levels must be completed with active members. Members are paid $1 for each active member through 8 levels even if the level is not filled completely. However, to be paid on incomplete levels, level 1 and 2 must be filled with active members. This shouldn't be an issue because of the full compression model of the matrix.

8. Are there commission qualification requirements?
Yes.
To qualify for commissions each subscriber must have generated at least $12. This is done when subscribers like yourself make the $11 purchase for the back office products and services.
When the product is sold it generates commissions for those attached to that sale.

9. What is the policy of issuing refunds?
Refunds may be requested at anytime during the month which it has already been paid. You may not request a refund after the first of the calendar month because other subscribers are paid based on paid subscription positions in The LTMIncome Program. If a member requests a refund all future commission for the position are forfeited because that position is also compressed and treated as a non-paying participant.

10. What is the frequency which The LTMIncome Program pays out to its members?
All active subscribers must request commission pay-out through their back office between the 1st and 5th day of each month. Commission pay-outs are processed and paid between the 6th and 10th day of each month.

11. What methods are available for the members to receive payments?
AlertPay, SolidTrustPay and Postal Money Order. If requesting payment by Postal Money Order an email must be sent to ltmincome@gmail.com by the 5th of the month. Processing and mailing will carry an additional $3 fee to cover the cost of money orders, envelopes, 1st class postage and transportation to and from the post office and it will be deducted from withdrawal request.

12. Am I allowed to purchase additional positions in The LTMIncome Program?
You may purchase additional positions through any active personal URL.

Remember these additional positions are also on a monthly subscription

13. Can I get spillover in The LTMIncome Program?
Yes.
Your sponsor and anyone above you who is actively promoting LTMI will produce spillover once level a is filled.
Each active member can only have 3 active positions on their first level, additional positions are forced down.
That is why it is a forced matrix. You will also get spill-under as each active member active member in your group uses their personal URL to grow their team.

16. How much should I expect?
There is no guarantee of income.

Any income you earn is directly ralated to the purchases made for the back office products

However, if people are making purchase you can earn commissions through 8 levels of the compensation grid. See the grid on the How it works tab on the home page.

17. Can I use my earned commissions to pay my monthly subscription?
Unfortunately no. Because the system is set up on a monthly subscription even if you paid from your back office the system would still debit your account, hence a double payment. The best thing to do is to make sure you deposit into you account from your commissions so your monthly subscription is covered

18. If I choose to, how do I cancel my subscription?
AlertPay:
Login to your account and select History under the green bar.
Find the subscription item and double click on the reference number.
Click on View Subscription Details
Select Cancel

SolidTrustPay
Login to your account and put your cursor over Merchant Zone in the green bar.
In the drop down menu select Create/View Subscriptions.
Then select View the Items You Are Subscribed To, check the appropriate box and select cancel subscription

19. Turing number is not being accepted, what should I do?
The turning numbers are a security feature that requires accurate entry of the exact number sequence.

The slightest missed keystroke could require a re-entry in a timely manner,

Things you can do:
1. Enter the turning number quickly, do not delay
2. Open a new webpage and try it again
3. Because of the time factor if you are using dial-up it be causing the delay in time and there is no fix unless you upgrade
4. If you are using FireFox as your web browser it does not recognize the turing numbers. We suggest you use Internet Explorer
5. Enroll or login from a different computer or have someone do it for you

20. How do I make a payment if I miss my anniversary date so that I am not removed?

Select from the left menu - Payment page
it is the 4th one down and proceed to making your payment
